Sunday 16th August 2015
We’ve been to Trebah…..lots of other people were there too, it being August and all that. We had a walk down to the beach, a cup of tea, and then a walk back up to the cafe for lunch and then another walk before sitting down and enjoying the views for a while.
Here are some pictures of my favourite things. Continue reading

We went for a stroll around Trengwainton Gardens in Penzance yesterday – Alice in Wonderland was paying a visit too.
It was early when we left home so we stopped off in Penzance and sauntered along the promenade to Newlyn in the sunshine first.

Wednesday, 17th June 2015 Hello Usually our walks don’t follow much of a plan – we just get up and decide where to go over breakfast. For our Wednesday walk this week a plan was necessary! Sunday 26th April 2015 (Day 7, week 16)
Aiming to walk 1000 miles in a year
Total so far 316.3 miles (10.9 miles this week)
As you can see, I’m getting a bit behind with the total milage which should be up to 320 miles for week 16. So – I’ve had a lazy week. Well, not really. I had to go back to work this week which reduces the time left for walking. Never mind, I’m hatching a plan to improve things.
Meanwhile, today we had a quick walk around Trewidden Gardens, which is just outside of Penzance. We hadn’t visited before and were mighty impressed with their Spring displays of camellia and rhododendron not to mention the chocolate cake!
